I am a non-technical product manager. I want to deeply analyze the business using Mermaid charts. Please help me identify key points worth exploring here. Write several detailed explanatory documents in docs/explain/*.md. Use Mermaid syntax extensively to visualize the logic—the more detailed, the better, so even without technical knowledge, I can instantly grasp the business logic flow. Thanks!
