Robert - SnowPrompt

Main Subject:
A real human parkour athlete in first-person POV, with naturally visible hands, forearms, shoe tips, lower legs, grip actions, wall touches, ledge catches, vaults, slides, landing cushioning, and realistic weight shifts. Movement is fast, skilled, precise, dangerous, and fully grounded in real human body mechanics.

Style:
Highly realistic live-action cinematic POV in a real-world urban environment. Strong emphasis on realism, real locations, real architecture, real materials, believable physics, and authentic body movement. Slight body-mounted camera feel, subtle natural shake, real inertia, breathing rhythm, impact compression, footstep vibration, and momentum shifts. No stylized look, no game-like visuals, no cyberpunk atmosphere, no fantasy elements. Everything should feel like real parkour filmed in an actual city at night after rain.

Environment:
A real modern city business district at night after rain, set across high-rise office towers, rooftop service zones, upper parking structures, skybridges, maintenance walkways, mechanical platforms, emergency stair landings, glass canopies, rooftop edges, billboard frames, exposed steel beams, HVAC equipment areas, concrete surfaces, drainage channels, railings, low walls, utility pipes, and narrow connections between buildings. Surfaces are slightly wet from recent rain, creating realistic reflections, water streaks, slick glass, damp concrete, and slippery metal. In the distance, real office windows, streetlights, traffic glow, and layered urban high-rises stretch into the night. The space feels grounded, expensive, dangerous, and completely real, like an actual rooftop parkour route filmed on location.

Timeline:
0:00–0:03 — The run starts instantly at full speed across a wet rooftop service zone. The athlete clears a narrow gap, lands hard on damp concrete, vaults a waist-high barrier, brushes one hand against a wall to redirect, and squeezes through a tight gap between rooftop equipment and a railing.
0:03–0:06 — Momentum continues into a precision jump onto a narrow ledge with almost no landing space. Balance nearly breaks, but recovery is immediate. The athlete then launches into a cat leap toward a higher ledge, both hands slamming onto the concrete edge, followed by a fast pull-up into a cramped maintenance passage.
0:06–0:09 — The athlete bursts onto the outer edge of an upper parking structure, steps over exposed pipes, runs briefly along a narrow ledge above a major drop, then uses a sharp tic-tac wall push to reach a higher angled platform. A split-second unstable landing turns into a controlled slide across a sloped glass canopy, followed by a fast hand-supported vault over a metal obstruction.
0:09–0:12 — The route enters the most vertigo-heavy section, moving through billboard frames, steel supports, stair platforms, and exposed beams. The athlete steps onto a narrow steel beam, pulls upward using a fixed support, scrambles onto a higher platform, sprints along the outside edge of a narrow elevated walkway, and makes a precise jump onto a much smaller landing point high above the city.
0:12–0:15 — Peak danger and final finish. The athlete lands on the edge of a semi-transparent glass skybridge slick with rain, and a damaged section begins to crack and collapse under the impact. The body slips off line, both hands catch a lower metal railing, and the athlete swings briefly above open air before pulling back up. Without stopping, the athlete slides beneath a tilted steel beam, leaps over a broken frame, charges through the final rooftop structures, and commits to one last jump onto the highest edge. The landing is hard but controlled, and the camera tilts up to reveal a vast realistic city night skyline.
